Hi! I'm Racquel Cowen, an Elk Grove photographer specializing in newborn, maternity, family, and portrait photography throughout Elk Grove and the Sacramento area.

We’ve used Racquel for our maternity shoot and newborn photoshoot and both times she’s been amazing to work with! She came to our home for both shoots and helped bring my vision to life. She was also amazing with our newborn and extremely patient in between shots as we needed to calm and console her. I would highly recommend Racquel for any family or solo photo shoots needed.
